What’s your return policy?
If for some peculiar reason you’re not happy with your toledano&chan watch you can return it to us for a refund provided it’s within one week of order receipt.
Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging and any protective coverings and product information intact. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Returns received after one week of original receipt may be accepted at the discretion of toledano&chan for store credit only.
How long is the warranty?
Each toledano&chan watch is guaranteed for two years. If your watch malfunctions within this period, we will repair or replace the timepiece for you at no cost to you. If you have a warranty claim, please email us to receive further instructions. The warranty on our timepieces will be voided by the following circumstances: Internal or external damage caused by accidents, mishaps, mishandling, abusive treatment of the watch or unscrewing of the crown. Modifications, attempted repairs, or tampering with the watch by unauthorized third parties will also render your warranty void.
Do I pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping on both purchases AND returns
Will I have to pay customs duties?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied in your country of residence. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival. Taxes and duties are calculated according to the individual regulations of each area of jurisdiction.
How long will my watch take to arrive?
Under normal circumstances, your watch should be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Please get in touch with us at info@toledanoandchan.com should you encounter any issues along the way.
Can I swim with my watch?
Wear it in the rain, not in the pool, please
